This sector covers Apprenticeships and Traineeships in Overhead Powerline work, Cable Jointing, Rail Traction as well as more advanced qualifications. It encompasses a number of allied qualifications covering ‘Vegetation Control’ and ‘Asset Inspection’. Qualifications for this sector range from Certificate II to Advanced Diploma.
The titles under each of the qualification nomenclature (e.g. Certificate III) listed in the above career pathways reflects the latest and current qualification titles contained in the nationally endorsed Transmission, Distribution and Rail Sector Training Package (UET).
